The Mach 50 builds upon the 40 providing more impact and size to the scale of sound signature, an overall larger tonality with more flesh to it style.

Well if the Mach 40’s have slight warmth, the Mach 50’s have decided to ‘next level this Sh1t’, they want to deliver a rich deeper solid style.

These warrior drivers are tooled up and not afraid to step forward, wielding the frequencies with some serious impact.

Beefy and full is the name of the game here, subtlety has been locked away, no doubt classed as a ‘millennium snowflake attribute’ by the Mach 50’s who are unapologetic, without reservation.

Even though their sound is large in character, don’t be put off as these are not brutish or rough but weighted and deep, with a smooth wide midrange bold tuning.

With mids taking front stage, the bass while decent in weight, does not overwhelm the mids quite the opposite, they work together with a synergistic relationship.

As the midrange covers many aspects of musicality in most musical forms, with the focus in this area and size of sound signature longer listening sessions may be a bit overwhelming, so like most rich items, don’t overdo it when sampling these top shelf delights.

You may be thinking that the upper end has been neglected but you would be wrong, while not radiant in it sparkle it offers a more smooth trade off, well suited to this mid centric IEM.

For those who like it solid and without compromise, the Mach 50’s will ‘have your back’.
