Digital Audio Player Pairings

We tried a number of players with the Solaris 2020 and found that with the correct power these had a balanced all round good synery with most of the digital audio player we paired them with. A couple of our fave pairings are shown below.

Pairing with Astell & Kern AK380 Copper With Amp

Using the amped power of one of the best looking designed players around you get an punchy powerful strong signature, with airy large staging aspects, precise micro detail and extended treble extension. Vocals are very emotional and refined.

Pairing with Hidizs AP80 Pro DAP

This new Dap from Hidizs not only matches the blacks design style of the Solaris 2020 edition but also pairs well delivering surprisingly a powerful large scale smooth signature with strong detail and wide staging signature especially in balanced mode.

Very nice review! I’m using the original Solaris, and I still imagine how I was blown away by the performance when I first heard them lol
