As our fans know, we have great respect for the guys at Campfire Audio and their Andromeda, Vega, Comet and Atlas earphones really are something special.

Known for their unique design and tuning maturity in the audio circles, ALO Audio/Campfire Audio really know what they are doing.

Not only looking to evolve their sound tuning but also looking at all aspects of design, style and build quality.

So we were very excited to be giving the opportunity to sample their new flagship universal offering, the Campfire Audio Solaris earphone.

The development of the Solaris is the result of 2 years of knowledge gained from the tuning experience and customer feedback received on the other Campfire Audio IEMs released.

This Dual Custom Balanced Armature certainly has had a lot of signature tuning and design effort passionately poured into it, the earphonia.com team are salivating to see how this awesome looking earphone performs.

Thanks goes to the team at ALO Audio/Campfire Audio for giving us the chance to experience this excellent, great looking new earphone.

Campfire Audio Premium Leather Earphone

Case_02 earphonia Campfire Audio Solaris Review earphonia Campfire Audio Solaris Review

The case is made of leather with solid zipper mechanism and soft material wooltype interior. When closed the case has a hard structure and should be suitable for protecting and carrying your prized Solaris earphone. The overall feel and aesthetics of the case have a classical refined elegance.

Campfire Audio Super Litz Cable

The cable has Silver Plated Conductors and features multi diameter stranding with Berylium Copper MMCX and a right angled reinforced 3.5mm Single Ended Stereo Plug. The MMXC connectors have blue and red indicators for left and right connection verification. The Super Litz cable is made from four large conductors of Silver-plated Copper Litz wire. Each conductor is individually comprised of a selected set of particular diameter strands. The braiding is tighter on the lower half and then looser on the top half.

Memory wire is also present for remembering ear shape and ensuring less movement when in place. Our personal preference is non-memory wire for more comfortably, however the memory wire will be suited for those that like that secure feeling.

The connectors have good precision and fit securely to the Solaris along with other earphones we tried, cable microphonics are negligible and signature synergy is well suited for this earphone.
