- Package is a little austere for a flagship earphone
- Stock cable is not great, would be nice to have supplied a better cable more inline with the quality of these excellent earphones
Conclusion
If you love Earsonics signature style and their very distintive tonality you will love the flagship Earsonic S-EM9 earphones.
If you mix the best traits from the SM3, SM64 and Velvet plus the resolution and matureness you will get a good image of what the S-EM9 offers.
Resolution, agility and dynamics are the three things that comes to my mind if I have to describe the overall sound signature of the S-EM9.
They are really engaging and musical IEMs that never sound full or light, they are very well balanced and work great with every genre of music I throw to them.
Giving them a healthy dose of musicality.
Currently these are my favourite earphones among all the flagship earphones I have owned or tried.
